Abrband binding — how tight before the indigo dip?
On adras my resist bleeds and the cloud edges go soft. How hard do you cinch the abrband bundles in Margʻilon to keep crisp ikat feathering?

Aligning warp after dyeing so the pattern doesn't drift
Re-spreading 1,200 warp threads back into register after the dye bath takes me a full day and still wanders. Any jig or counting trick?

Is the depth of real indigo worth the unevenness for a 6-color atlas, or do you reach for synthetic when a buyer wants an exact repeat?
